Project: The Art of Brooklyn Film Festival

THE CHALLENGE:
I co-founded the Art of Brooklyn Film Festival in 2011. We produce the only indie film fest in the world exclusively devoted to film and media that emerges from the Brooklyn scene. We needed to make our unique mission clear to filmmakers, press and audiences. The site also needed to present us as the important cultural event that we are.
THE SOLUTION:
I designed logos and branding that reinforce how committed we are to producing a world-class event. Film festival sites can be notoriously confusing, so I make sure our site provides easy access to information that filmmakers want, and makes it very simple for audience members to purchase tickets.
THE RESULTS:
Our site traffic increases every year and our Google search results have risen dramatically since our inception. We've gotten great feedback from filmmakers, sponsors and partners who have praised the site's ease of use and bold, clean design. Audiences appreciate how easy it is to find our schedule and purchase tickets.
